Eat Well Be Well workshops are designed to give you an appreciation of how nutrient dense foods benefit your health. Quality nutrients, in the correct ratios for your individual metabolic type, will give your body vitality, strength and balance. Eating foods, as nature intended can relieve suffering from insomnia, fatigue, migraines, food cravings and addictions, digestive disorders, acne and numerous other dis-eases.
