Services

Fee Schedule:

Initial visit:  $75 and fifty minutes in length payable at the time of session.

Subsequent visits:  $30 when client is seen regularly, every week or two.  The fee for clients seen less often is $40. If there is a lapse of two years between appointments, the fee is $55.  Additional time is assessed at the lesser rate.  Replacement folder and booklet is $5.
                                    
Phone consults:   Same fees apply.  Payable in advance.

At-Home-Intervention:  Three weeks is $400  paid in advance; includes weekly in-person (preferred) or phone appointment and phone or e-mail contact the other six days.

Grocery Shopping Tours:  $100 for ninety minutes.  Includes two You and Your Behaviors  booklets. Maximum twelve participants.

Additional copies of my You and Your Behaviors  booklet are available for $5 each.  

Consider a gift certificate of counseling services for health conscious friends and family.
